2. How to Return an ltem

2. Provide Information: include your order number, the item(s) you wish toreturn, and the reason for the return in your request.
3. Receive Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we wilsend you instructions for returning the item, including the return authorizationnumber(RA #)and the return address.
4. ship the ltem Back: Pack the items securely in the original packaging (ifpossible) and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Ship theitem to the return address provided, ensuring you include the RA # on thepackage.
3. Return shipping costs

Returns: We offer free return shipping on defective or damaged itemsFor all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.International Returns: Return shipping costs for international orders are theresponsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shippingservice for international returns, as we cannot quarantee receipt of thereturned item without tracking.
4. Refund Process
